• The SSD is cheap, The Ram is DDR3 and no thunder bolt comparing similar flagships.

• Not sure why this laptop is so cheap. I bought one and it's a really great product, especially for the price. The only trade off is fan noise... but that's a pretty good trade off for the price of this laptop. 4 out of 5 stars!

• It is a bit cheap because it is a best buy special. This model is only sold in best buy and also asus is not a brand that is expensive but is worth the money. Brands such as the Dell (xps),HP (spectre), and the Microsoft (surface) tend to have a higher price just because of the brand.
