Can this laptop be used with STEAM? null

Yes, you can install steam on this PC.

Yes it works GREAT. It can run almost every game on highest graphics and is fantastic for my games. I play like rust and cs:go and h1z1 kotk

Yes, I play Hawken, War Thunder, Planetside 2, and many others on steam. All at completely maxed settings, and I have it capped at 60fps, because i don't need more, and the system isn't even working hard. It will play Overwatch maxed out at 120-130fps if I don't cap it. Doesn't get hot either. This is a beast laptop.
