I bought this laptop yesterday. So far it seems fine, but I didn’t receive a code for the Fortnite Bundle. Should it have been printed on the receipt like other promos from Best Buy or is there something else I need to do? null

The bundle is for graphics cards not the laptop. The only recent promotion with the laptop was for Call of Duty.

Thanks for the replies. I finally got it. The Black Ops one wasn’t an issue at all. They emailed the code as soon as I finished set up. The Fortnite one was a little more difficult. I had to call Best Buy. Then go to Best Buy the next day. They told me I had to contact NVIDIA. So I did that, but NVIDIA said that Best Buy was definitely supposed to provide me with the code. So then I had to call Best Buy again. They finally emailed me the code.

I'm not sure about the fortnite one, but for the black ops I had to register on asus and then run a windows update and an asus live update. Then a notification popped up from asus promotions telling me what to do.
