• It should have the manufacturer's warranty. You just have to register your product in their website and voila! You're all set :)

• It will depend for how long the previous owner had the laptop if they had it for a few months most will be left I bought mine and it had used only 1 month so I had 11 remaining so it should be around 9-11 or even 12 months out of the 1 yr
