The 4090 works with this motherboard but you lose access to the 2nd pcie slot because the card is so big and because the card is so big you have to check if it will even fit inside a case. I use the Lian Li dynamic xl it has room for everything it’s a massive case and mine has 10x120mm fans and room left over for a full liquid cooling loop for a cpu.
