• I also talked to customer service but they told me I would receive it the day after release date, which would be tomorrow the 10th. I don't get it, when I pre ordered the Xbox Series X, I received that on release day. Why isn't it the same with this laptop?

• I asked customer service, they said the laptops would be mailed out on the 9th but we would not receive them until 2/15. I know this is dissapointing.

• I ordered mine on the 26th, however I got an email a few days ago that it's shipping on the 9th which is strange because the release date is the 15th.

• The also changed the release date to 2/9/2021 on their site. I find it strange because in my order status, it still hasn't shipped. I would of thought it would of shipped by now if I am getting it tomorrow.
