“Since this laptop is AMD-based, will it have the AMD Relive recording feature? To record the desktop screen/games. Or is this feature only available to desktop. Also, does this have a vapor chamber cooling system?.”

AMD ReLive is for AMD GPUs, not processors. This laptop has an Nvidia GPU in it, so Nvidia's software is available for recording/streaming. Their video encoding is far superior to AMD's still so this isn't a bad thing.
