The GA503QR has 8GB soldered and 8GB as an upgradeable stick. You can put 32GB in there and the first 16GB of system memory will run in dual channel, and beyond that will run in single channel. I believe the memory for both soldered and stick is Samsung, part number m471a1g44ab0-cwe, which is PC4 3200, so this is the manufacturer and speed you should look for.
