16GB DDR4 3200mhz soldered on board. Can add another 16GB to an available slot to maintain dual channel at 32GB RAM total. 1 Available NVME Slot and 1 populated with 1TB NVME (both slots can take up to 2TB). Upgrade is straightforward, remove ~11 screws from bottom of chassis and gently open, the RAM and NVME slots are easily accessible.
