I searched the video and went to the timestamp and I had zero popping at all. My machine is only a week old or so and there were quite a few updates as well as a recent Bios update which could have fixed the issue that some people have experienced. I went into the Dolby Access app and even changed to other settings and never had any pops. I would recommend updating your machine's software and even bios, check the Dolby Access settings and see if there isn't an easy fix.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is about a week old. At first, a decent amount on "popping" on loud bass passages. Did the full Windows Update a day later and there were updates for what looked like all the motherboard drivers. Sounds much better now but there is still popping of strong bass passages, better than before but still there. I listened to your youtube video and yes, it pops from 2:45 - 3:10 as you say but it's not terrible... I can live with it.

Use the "Dolby Atmos" app, go to settings, and try the different preconfigured EQs. If still not working, try a custom EQ, reduce the lower frequencies. If still not working, likely a hardware issue. Good luck exchanging this with Best Buy, because they wouldn't exchange mine, because they said they don't have stock.
