you need a laptop has HDMI 2.1 port coz even a laptop with thunderbolt 3 port, disport port 1.4b it can only output 8bit 4:4:4. or 10bit 4:2:2. Only HDMI 2,1 has enough bandwidth to push 4k 4:4:4 10bit 60hz and above. So far only Alienware and Razer blade support HDMI 2.1 ( if you have to buy a laptop at Best buy only). Or you can go to newegg or other websites to buy laptops brands like Gigabyte, Eluktronics, a lot of their RTX 3000 models support HDMI 2.1
