“I purchased mine a few months ago. It is nice, but it gets extremely hot and is no longer a laptop at that point. It sounds like the fan comes on, but it doesn't appear to be doing much to help with the heat. Any suggestions?”

• I ended up buying a cooling pad for mine while gaming. Mine doesn’t get hot if I’m not gaming though.
