It depends on your headset. This model doesn’t have display port so if you’re using Oculus Rift S then you’ll need some sort of adapter. The CPU and GPU are way above what oculus requires so it will be fine in that regard.

Yes, this is VR ready. An RTX card is much more capable than a GTX.
