Does this router support Dual WAN failover? null

Not marketed to achieve that goal and stock firmware does not indicated supporting this. My prior ASUS RT AC68U was programmable for fail over and fall back.

Not out of the box. There is a single WAN port on the back that is dedicated for ISP and any failover or WAN prioritization or management would need to be done before it gets to that port. The app is very basic and advanced features are not extremely robust. You might need to look for a managed router.
