Answered this several days ago. Unfortunately since then, I’m realizing that it has connectivity issues with kids chrome books. Constantly kicking them off and only solution I’ve found so far is to reset the router. Happens several times a day. Very frustrating with homeschool. All other devices seem fine including ring.

We have several ring devices, 5 smart TVs, 2 cell phones, iPads, x box and PlayStation, laptops etc. We don’t have satellite. Streaming works also. Everything works fine except for the PlayStation. It keeps disconnecting from the WiFi. Not sure why yet. Sometimes reboot does the trick, sometimes restarting router does the trick. Yesterday tried running connectivity check on PS without resetting anything and that worked. Fingers crossed.
