QuestionOk set it up and done a speed test was like 986 Dl about 45 up. Then got every thing on line that I have and done a speed test and got about 750 Dl and 42 up. Now its on day three and done a speed test and now it's like 350 Dl and up is 40's. Help

- Answer Definitely recommend working through the troubleshooting guide that ASUS posted in their answer, if you are still having trouble. This router is awesome! I'm getting great speeds consistently. Keep in mind that most ISPs give you "up to" gigabit speeds. I've seen mine take a dip on different days and then return to normal the next time I test it. Overall, this router has been an awesome buy for me and is far exceeding my expectations! The App for Android is stellar as well!

QuestionI Stream on Twitch, currently have 1000 down 50 upload speed. I’m looking to improve my connection on games such as COD and Apex. Will this Help with that? Currently using ISP provided modem/router combo hardwired with Cat5e.

- Answer Yes, but make sure you invest in a modem as well. You can also use this router to prioritize bandwidth for specific devices . It also has easy port forwarding capabilities for most major gaming titles

- Answer This router is faster than that, but I'm not sure about the vpn as I don't use one. It works perfectly on consoles, I have multiple ps4s and a ps5 with several laptops and desktops connected through it. And yes it has open nat and quick game port forwarding options as well as manual. (Pick your game from list, pick device type running game and then pick the device name from a list of connected devices. Reboot and done.)

- Answer You cannot install NordVPN directly onto this router. If you want to route all network traffic through a VPN using the router, you must configure the network settings to route to a VPN instead.

- Answer Your better off using the airmesh system this has,0 using a secondary router is alot more complicated than just buying and connecting cause you'll have to properly configure both routers if not it will cause you more harm ip conflicts. Or easier option just buy a mech wifi system just cause you game you dont need exactly a gaming router sure the some features are nice but you have to set it up manually it won't do it for you with the majority of the mesh routers all you'll have to do is set up with your phone connect and done.

- Answer This is a mesh router so you should absolutely be able to. I've got it set up as a secondary for upstairs in our household, and we have the netgear modem router downstairs.
