I have been able to successfully connect to all my devices with the exception of my Ring security camera. My old Asus router had no problem reaching the front door where the camera is. Is there an incompatibility? What s/ I do? Returning if not fixed. null

If the security camera is a legacy device, please try checking a firmware update from the manufacturer. Or, try connect the device manually to a 2.4GHz frequency.
