It only supports DDR4. Motherboards are not interchangeable when it comes to DDR4 vs. DDR5.

Yes it does. I’m using DDR4 3600 and it’s great!

if the motherboards aren't interchangeable, you should tell your godamned sales people at BB not to say they are!!!!!! and misinforming the costumers.
