• No, it's junk. It's barely able to run the Windows 10 that comes installed. I wouldn't waste my money on this piece of junk which has no slots for upgrading memory beyond the 4Gig RAM soldered to the board.

• Yes. It can play Minecraft and Fortnite. I have both games on it and it can handle them. It CANNOT play any high graphic games however. My advice would be to purchase an SSD drive for it and get rid of the HDD, otherwise it's pretty slow.
