• I got one 3 weeks ago and it stop working, I took it to the geek squad they tried to charge me $200 . I just sent it back to asus hopefully the problem will be fixed .I would purchase somewhere else I got no help with my computer from best buy.

• So far I'm happy with the ASUS laptop. It came with Skype pre-installed and seems OK after setting it up. However, I haven't had occasion to use it so far, so I can't guarantee it will work. Good luck. Blake
