A:AnswerWell, there’s a few reasons it might not be showing in 4K for you.
1. Be sure you’re using an HDMI cable that supports 4K
2. Make sure your netflix subscription is the option that allows 4K content. Also note, it’s mostly Netflix original content that’s in 4K.
3. I suggest using the Night Mode option on the monitor, keeps some of the colors from being too vibrant.
