• No you can not plug a keyboard and mouse directly into the monitor.

• No, this monitor does not come with USB ports. Even if you were able to plug a keyboard and mouse in, you would be bypassing your CPU, GPU, Memory, and everything else that makes a pc what it is. You’d basically have no computer as this is just a monitor. In regards to upload of photos, unfortunately not. Again you would need a pc or laptop connected.
