• 1 slot. You'll need to clone new drive first, then replace old drive. I just upgraded to a 2tb SN770 wdblack drive.

• There is only 1 SSD slot, the existing 256GB needs to be removed in order to upgrade to a bigger size M.2 SSD. No M.2 SSD onboard.
