“Are any of the display outputs connected to the dGPU? If not, is there a BIOS change I can make to that? I’d like to game on an external monitor with gsync and currently am unable to do so.”

Yes, it output display signal to an external monitor using the discreet GPU. Setup is through the Nvidia control panel.
