I was told by Best Buy that I could use a usb c charger, 90 watts thru the thunderbolt 4 ports. It does not work. Will not charge either direct or thru a hub. I have tried to load updated drivers and still won't work. null

You can't charge this laptop using USB-C, no matter what USB-C adapter/charger you use, other than its proprietary charger. This is the main complaint I have with this laptop

I attempted that as well and was not able to use that feature of this laptop.
