Yes you can. They recently added that feature to Android Wear that gets automatically updated when activating the watch. The Asus Zenwatch 2 has both a speaker and a microphone and supports dialing out from the watch and talking to people straight from the watch.

Yes absolutely, you can make and receive calls with this watch but only if it is paired with an android phone. When paired with an iPhone you will only get notifications.

Yes, you can. The phone has a built in microphone. I have personally done it many times, and it sounded fine and the person on the other end could hear my fine also.

Yes. You'll have to allow it permissions, and the phone would have to be in Bluetooth contact with the watch, but you can essentially talk into the watch and listen out of it (has speakers).
