No, this is the larger Asus Zenwatch 2. You can tell by the start of the product code: WI501Q is the larger 1.63" (49mm x 41mm) case vs WI502Q for the smaller 1.45" (45mm x 37mm) case.

My wife has a smart watch and it is smaller than this particular one and she would not want one as large as mine. The watch also has a little weight to it for the size. I don't notice the weight but some women might. If they have a larger arm the watch might be fine for them.
