Yes. I use my car, my watch, a speaker, a headset, etc. All at once. Just if your on a call and want to switch between the watch and another Bluetooth device, tap the Bluetooth button in the top right on most Android call screens.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It might depend on the phone or version of Android. I have a Galaxy S7 Edge and I can have both the watch and my cars bluetooth connected at the same time. I can even answer calls on both without switching, whichever device I use to answer (watch or car) will handle the call. I don't use Bluetooth headsets really but I assume it would act the same. I've had the watch for about a month and it's been pretty solid so far, just had to run some updates when I first got it.. Hope this helps.
