This would out perform the wifi modem provided by Spectrum. Juts set the modem in bridge mode then disable the wifi from the unit provided by Spectrum or exchange it for a modem only and save the extra rent for the wifi. The AIMESH works as intended but uses the 2nd 5ghz band as backbone to main station, using a ethernet backbone provides even better wifi experience.
