Not that I am aware of. You might want to google slow speech feature phones and see what comes up from there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased a router/modem that had an enabled port that provided VOIP. I have one "base station" that enables three other phones in my condo. I followed the phone owner's manual in an attempt to set up voice mail but could not get it to work. I then found the instructions in the information booklet provided by Xfinity and in an instant I had voice mail. I did not see anything in the phone or Xfinity instructions in regard to slowing the speed of incoming calls. Perhaps your provider can provide you with a solution. Sorry that I am not able to provide a concrete solution.
