I don't see any jack. I am using my phone wired into my modem/router for VOIP. I suggest you contact the experts at Best Buy.

No extra jack, single line system, no Ethernet, 
does support both land and internet, so check with provider, if you have internet type you can go through modem plug in if fax not wireless.
If land line only might be able to share line with adapter like years ago not sure.

No. Only multi line systems might include ethernet
Now most printers and faxes are wireless within home and operate through modem connection. Call your wifi provider to see if you can plug in fax via Ethernet into your modem if your fax is not wireless. Barely remember the way we used to connect.
Might be a work around way to do the old fashion way through one phone line.
