- Answer Have not a problem calling my home phone or static. I added my cell to the allowed caller list. Reconnect your phone jacks for a fresh connection or maybe product is defective. I use the answering machine, not voice mail.

- Answer You would have to know the frequencies of each. It at least has to be the same to start with. Also check to see if they would charge on the other cradle.
