Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, these handsets DO have a headset jack. I haven't used my headset on them. With my last Panasonic phones, when I used the headset, I could hear well, but the people on the other end did not seem to hear well. It is a Plantronics headset, not a cheapie either. Haven't tried it with these new phones, so don't know if the problem was with the headset or the phone. Speaker phone function also seems not to work real well for the party on the other end.
