QuestionDo you hear robocalls ring and disturb you or do you never hear the call come through and they block automatically. Also, do the robocalls count towards the 1000 calls blocked? My current phone has 1000 number block feature and I exceeded it twice now.

- Answer Robocalls and Spam do not come through. It will only let the numbers in your phone book to come through. If it doesn’t recognize the number the person on other end gets an intercept message and has to state their name. Your phone then rings and asks if you want to accept the call.

- Answer Yes, the announce can be muted in the setup menu. I believe this will also mute the message from being transmitted through the base speaker also.

- Answer Didn't measure exactly, but at most 4" wide, and 2 1/2 - 3" deep. Very small footprint.

- Answer Yes. It's in the Phone settings. It also allows you to block a call as it is coming in, if you like. It's a very good phone. Had Panasonic for a long time, and it was super glitchy...this is around the same price, but Much better quality.

QuestionI have a Panasonic cordless which does not allow me to dial extension numbers after phone is answered. There is rarely an option to call operator. If I need to dial an extension I have to disconnect & plug in a cheap dial phone which is annoying.

- Answer Panasonic wasn't a good phone. We ended up getting them 3 times, hoping it was just that One Phone... but.. no. In a year, they all did the same thing. Shut off without warning while on a call, stopped charging, even when it said charge was full, it would die, and die when speaker phone was used. This other is a really great phone. Way better then the other.

- Answer I have 2 cordless units and 2 wired units. The smart call blocker picks the calls up after the first ring. Hope this helps. G

- Answer Yes. It comes with a mounting bracket. It will mount setting flat just like you see it in the picture. It would be best to mount it below eye level you intend to read the base display easily.

- Answer It is 8 1/4" wide, 4 1/4" deep (front to back) and 2 1/2" high at the highest point in the back. It slants downward as you move to the front of the unit. It is only 1" high (tall) in the front. I hope this helps.
