A:AnswerI know that you can manually enter a phone number to block. So you don't need caller ID to set up. There is also a button to push to select calls to block as they come in that would require caller ID to set up. I don't know though if phones can block without caller id. Even though your phone isn't displaying numbers, I think the phone company would still have them and your phone would block. But I don't know for sure. That might be something your phone company could tell you. Or try it out and return if it doesn't work.
