• It mounts flush to wall and is included. (It's that mount you see on it when they show sitting on desk. It pops off there and pops into another spot for perfect wall mounting) see photo attached

• I remember there was an adaptor in the package so it could be hung on the whole. That would be the main unit, I believe. Not the second phone.
