Panasonic phones have time/date stamp on messages, but the sound quality from the answering device is not nearly as good as the phones themselves. I highly recommend the Panasonic 3-handset model.

yes there is a date and time stamp. no background noise. the caller annouce is clear, most of the time---sometimes there are problems with pronouncing some names..but you read the names on the handset.
