“Does each base have to be plugged into a phone jack or are the extra phones wireless?”

• No. Just the base needs to be plugged into via a phone cord into a phone jack. The rest are wireless but they do each need an electrical outlet to charge the handsets.

• On mine, the base is plugged into my computer via magicJack and the other handset is plugged into a regular electrical outlet. I hope this helps.
