• A:Answer I just purchased these phones and they do NOT have talking caller ID. Otherwise, the phones are great. Easy to program and nice and loud. I would recommend this product.

Q: QuestionAre all phone features compatible with VOIP?I am purchasing a new phone to use with a VOIP system. My provider indicates some features of some phones do not work properly with VOIP - particularly the Caller ID display. This model is not on the list of models with known problems. Has this phone been tested with VOIP to assure all features work?

• A:Answer AT&T's website lists "expansion headsets" and what models that they are compatible with. The model EL51200 that I have is not listed. Check the website for your particular model. If you do not find it, you may want to try calling 1 (800) 222-3111 and see if you can find out that way. Good Luck
