“Does this model have the feature "talking caller id"? I have read the manuel for this model and it does not list the feature talking caller id but on your website, for product discription, the feature talking caller id is listed.”

• I just purchased these phones and they do NOT have talking caller ID. Otherwise, the phones are great. Easy to program and nice and loud. I would recommend this product.

• The ENTIRE reason I purchased this phone was for the talking caller ID.. I've gone through settings and there is NO SETTING for talking ID.. called the phone.. it does not speak! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! The attached search screen is the ONLY place that I have found (which happens to be what I found when I decided to purchase!!!) anything about talking caller id with this phone. SO frustrating. FINALLY got someone on the phone after waiting for 15 minutes.. who confirmed.. that YES the phone has the talking caller id.. so I took the time to unpackage everything, charge, etc.. go through settings.. only to discover that NO it does NOT have talking caller ID! So upset.

• Yes it does have voice ID. Some of the names are pronounced incorrectly.

• Talking called ID is listed among the features. It only works if your telephone provider provides the service also.

• The back light on phone is dull.hard to read. Can it be made to be brighter? When someone calls, it does not say who is calling. Other announced who was calling
