• You get two phones so when one dies grab the other one. I use it for all my daily conference calls. No issues.

• This phone will not lose its memory if it's disconnected or the phone network loses power. But it will not operate without electricity. There is no battery backup to keep it operating in an outage.

• Yes. In the event of a power outage there is back up power. I'm not sure how long it will last.
