Hello, if you just using it over WiFi you don’t need to unlock the SIM card. All to do is turn on the WiFi, connect to your WiFi In range with you password and you will be able to use it to browse the internet. If you want to make calls you can download apps that are for making calls which provide you with a number. Keep in mind you will need to be on WiFi in order to work.
