• I have never hooked one up to a TV, but it doesn't come with different plugins that can go into a PC or single port that can plug into TV audio section port.

• As long as the receiver has "Phono" and or "Aux" RCA phono jacks on the back of the receiver, yes you can use the turntable in question.
