Unfortunately, this issue is with your TV and not the cable. The Sony 950H only supports HDMI 2.0 (4K, 60hz MAX). Even though the TV is rated at 120hz refresh rate, HDMI 2.0 can support enough bandwidth to go over 4K-60p. To get 4K 120hz, the TV must have HDMI 2.1 inputs and you must use a 48gbps HDMI cable (like this one). Sorry for the bad news.
