• No...I use a rectangular bottle I get at BJs and it fits fine. Will fit most round bottles

• Its takes a regular standard 5 gallon bottle. BEST INVESTMENT IVE EVER MADE!

• Fits standard 3 to 5 gallon jugs. I recommend 5 gallon jugs due to the feed line that goes in the jug as well as this will prevent more frequent bottle changing when the bottles become empty.

• The standard 3 or 5 gallon bottles fit thus Avalon dispenser perfectly. I am using a 5 gallon round bottle now.
