Why is this product non-refundable? null

Best Buy said it wasn't refundable because the code they sent me was a good code. Even though the code won't work for my version they will not give me a refund. The company said I had to get the refund from Best Buy since that is who I bought it from. This has been a big hassel & I will never ever order a digital copy of anything.
