- Answer You're not alone. Over the years I've redone my list several times. Then I found out, a newer version was released & gave it a try to be compatible with Windows 10. Much to my surprise, it worked. Now, after several updates to Windows, the files (addresses) have all disappeared again. Back to the drawing board.

QuestionWhy is this product non-refundable?

- Answer Best Buy said it wasn't refundable because the code they sent me was a good code. Even though the code won't work for my version they will not give me a refund. The company said I had to get the refund from Best Buy since that is who I bought it from. This has been a big hassel & I will never ever order a digital copy of anything.
