Excel based software. Could be improved with updated platform, but for the price is a very good buy.

As of December 14, I do not have the product I purchased, and the 30 day access time is about to expire. The download code for “My MailList & Address Book”, which Best Buy furnished, is “incorrect”, according to the error message. I have contacted Best Buy and Avanquest for help, and each party says it is the other one’s responsibility. I do not know how to acquire my purchase. This is a terrible experience.

You can save yourself a lot of aggravation and stress by not downloading this software. There is absolutely NO SUPPORT!! The GEEKS can't help you, the site that BB suggests you go to says that the program does not belong to them. They suggest I go to Avanquest- the Softmaker, they said the program was not purchased from them so they can't help me. BB corporate, they wont even talk to me.

I have used this software for years for my Christmas mailing list and labels. It is easy to enter information and has lots of fields to add whatever you like to the individual entries. I was glad to be able to still find that it is available for purchase.

Initially had trouble downloading because of a conflict with an existing download of VectorVest program. I deleted the VectorVest and then reloaded MyMailList easily. I've enjoyed using the mailing program for its simplicity and easy label making methods.

I purchased this digital program but when I was sent the code for it I got a code for a different one. I couldn’t get anyone to help me with this problem. Best Buy said I had to get the right code from the company that made this & the company said I had to take care of the problem with Best Buy. I finally just gave lil & list the money for something I can not use. I will never purchase another digital download again especially not from this company.

Product performed as advertised. No unexpected surprises to curve my enthusiam.

I've had this program for many years but when I recently got a new PC, it would not run the program so I bought the latest version. Installed just fine but for some reason won't recognize my most recent data files but will recognize older ones. Strange. I mainly use this to track our family and friend contact info and print out labels at Xmas for cards.

Purchased this software as my dad uses it for work. He used to have the old version but since his computer failed he had to re-purchased a new version. It works just the same as the old one but more features.

A good program to have for keeping track of addresses for home or business. I use it all the time.

I hate this product because I cannot even use it. I don't understand how Best Buy can email me a 20 character code to redeem the product when the website where you go to redeem the code only allows you to enter a total of 16 characters in the spaces. A waste of time and money.

I bought version 8 online as a download. I was sent version 7. haven't used it yet!

Great software keeps me organized on address information

This is a good application but not as intuitive as I would have liked.

Hard to know when the software is really installed and how to get program operational.
