Because it uses a Semiconductor sensor, the BACtrack S35 can potentially read false positives when there are residual non-alcoholic substances in your mouth. It is important to wait at least 15-20 minutes after consuming anything before you test on the breathalyzer to allow for all of those foreign substances to evaporate.
