Blinking orange means it can't connect to WiFi... check router, restart router as needed, last step would be to go through setup of unit again

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try a reset. While holding the reset button down (at the top edge/back of the unit) plug it into an outlet. It should blink orange for a bit then blink green.
